JESS MALES

My name is Jess and I am a Certified Women's Health, Performance and Mindset Coach in the fitness industry. I specialise in helping mums achieve body love, to take back control and feel amazing in their own skin.

In having three beautiful children myself, I know what it’s like to struggle through post natal depression, poor body image and have successfully overcome these. Over the past 10+ years I have helped myself and other women take back control of their lives, body and mind. Our children look up to us, they learn from us and need guidance from us, therefore we must be the best version of ourselves to hand down these positives attributes to them. 

Having owned my own gym and being a certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Health Coach, Master Functional Trainer, Pre & Post Natal Specialist and NLP Life Practitioner. My work has women see results, drop the baby weight, take back control and step into their self worth again.

I am on a mission to empower all women, to love themselves in their own body and therefore be able to give the very best to their children and families. Ultimately, my clients feel amazing in their skin, empowered, with a deep sense of achievement and like they can take on the world.

CHERIE BOGNAR

Hi, my name is Cherie (AKA Floss)! I treat my training days like a sacred holiday - never skipped, always respected. I am driven by family & fueled by passion. Proud mum of two kids, I understand the balance between family, fitness, and real life.

My passion for training goes hand in hand with my love for cars - both require focus, discipline, and drive. I help people push past limits, train smart, stay consistent, and unlock their strength in and out of the gym. Being strong isn't just physical. it's a lifestyle.

I bring passion, drive & an abundance of knowledge with years in the fitness industry alongside life skills that further enable me to have a greater understanding of each individual in different aspects of their life, different situations, injuries that require different attributes from myself as their trainer to further enhance their training capabilities.

My passion and goal is to help women achieve their personal goals, learn to love and believe in themselves again, and feel empowered and motivated. No matter what your goal is, I would be honoured to help you set your goals and smash them to get your results and achieve what is possible.

CHELSEA RICHARDS

Hi, I’m Chelsea! I’m a Primary Teacher and a qualified Personal Trainer with over 6 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion lies in working with women and supporting them to build not only physical strength, but also confidence and self-belief.

I’m a big believer that health and wellness go beyond just the gym. It’s about creating balance, building resilience, and feeling empowered in all aspects of life. For me, coaching is about more than just training sessions. I love forming strong, genuine relationships with my clients, taking the time to understand their unique goals, challenges, and motivations.

I’m here to be your biggest cheerleader, but also the one who helps push you past your comfort zone so you can discover how strong and capable you really are. When we’re working together, expect plenty of laughs and good chats, but also those moments where I’ll challenge you to dig deeper, because that’s where the magic happens.

Outside of the gym, I’m usually curled up with a book (and not afraid to admit I love a cheeky romantic smut read ), catching up with friends over coffee, or at a concert - bonus points if it’s country!

FLEUR CHAPMAN

Hi, I’m Fleur, a personal trainer and nutrition coach with a passion for helping you move well and love your body no matter your abilities, age, or starting point. I joined the fitness industry later in life, after working across various roles including disability, health promotion and communications. I completed my trainer certifications in 2020, and then nutrition coaching shortly after. I am also working towards a degree in nutritional medicine.

As a mum to two amazing high school kids and two very energetic dogs, being active is part of my every day - we love the beach, bush walks, exploring new places and hanging out at a park. My approach to exercise has become more intuitive over time, as I strongly believe in the importance of listening to your body and adapting activity to suit. Some days, training goes amazingly well and energy is high, but other days, not so much, and either is fine!

I strongly believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with exercise and nutrition being the cornerstones from which to build balance, self-awareness, and respect for your body through every season of life. As a coach, I care deeply about meeting people where they’re at, building genuine relationships, and helping clients feel supported, capable, and confident.

JAZZ ROBINSON

Hi, I’m Jazz! I’m a mum of three, a Personal Trainer, and a Yoga Teacher—but above all, I’m someone who is passionate about connection, movement, and helping women feel strong and confident in their own skin.

I first found yoga during a busy stage of life, looking for a little patience and calm. What started as time on the mat quickly became so much more — I learnt how to carry gratitude, mindfulness, and balance into my everyday life, and that’s when I truly fell in love with the practice. My fitness journey was guided by an incredible mentor who showed me what it means to grow, challenge yourself, and find strength you didn’t know you had. When I coach, I bring that same energy to my clients.

Whether it’s a sweaty strength session or a grounding yoga practice, I make sure my clients feel supported, safe, and encouraged every step of the way. I love a good laugh and banter in the gym, and I believe the best results come when training feels empowering, connected, and fun. Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me at the beach, out surfing, hiking in nature, reading, or catching a sunrise or sunset.

My biggest goal? To inspire busy women to believe in themselves, to find both strength and calm, and to know that they can achieve so much more than they think possible.
