Our Body Babe sessions are small group PT designed just for women, with a maximum of 4 ladies per group. Each session is tailored to suit the individuals in the group, so you get the benefits of personal training with the support and energy of training alongside like-minded women.
Boxing Babes
A high-energy, women-only boxing class designed to get your heart rate up, build strength, and boost confidence. Learn the fundamentals of boxing in a supportive environment while enjoying a fun, empowering workout alongside other women.
Power Hour
Power Hour is a high-energy, one-hour class designed to kick-start your weekend the right way. This larger-group session brings us together for a fun mix of cardio, strength training, partner work and team-based exercises, creating an atmosphere that’s motivating, supportive and full of laughs.
